Fabian Godbersen has joined Stone Estate, part of the Reech Corporations Group, as CIO. Fabian brings a wealth of experience in the real estate and finance industries and will lead the investment strategy and growth of the company.
Fabian has over 20 years of experience in the finance and real estate sectors. He is the founder of Bergson Real Estate Capital GmbH, which he established in 2018. Previously, he was a Partner and Head of Europe for Grove International Partners and spent eight years at Blackstone Group where he was Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Investments for Germany (DACH). He started is career in M&A at Morgan Stanley in London.
Established in April 2017 in Baar, Switzerland, Stone Estate.Swiss AG is a privately held real estate company focused on commercial value-add and opportunistic investments in metropolitan Switzerland. Stone Estate owns an existing portfolio in locations such as Geneva and Lausanne and is aiming to significantly increase the size of its portfolio. Fabian will join to help build and execute the investment pipeline and drive overall growth of the company.

Fabian will be supported by a Board with extensive experience in finance and real estate. The Board is comprise of Chairman Christophe Reech, founder of Reech Corporations Group, a leading international investor in real estate and technology, and fellow Board Members, Henri-Christophe Oppenheim, formerly Chief Operating and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of Pictet Private Bank and Maurice Gauchot, former Chairman of CBRE France, and sometime Board member of the Banque de France, Audrey Klein, Head of Investor Relations at Kennedy Wilson Europe and Till Spillmann, partner at the law firm Niederer Kraft Frey.
